New Maps.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Season 2 brings a variety of brand-new maps, remastered classic maps, and returning favorites to the multiplayer pool.
Some of these maps were added at launch, and others will be added in mid-season updates.
Launched Map
At the start of Season 02, four maps were added to the game.

Torment: Torment is a brand-new 6v6 small map. It shows David Mason’s memories and fears. This map features suspended shipping containers, tangled roots, and Bloodfalls that lead to an arena called the Basin.

Sake: Sake is a brand-new, 6v6, medium-sized map. Set in a Japanese sake factory, players fight through a production facility, a steaming room, and an extensive Zen garden.

Nexus: Nexus is a 6v6 or 2v2 small-sized map. It features a subzero testing facility from a hallucination, with frozen tunnels, prison cells, and TVs frozen in ice showing static signals.

Slums: Slums is a remastered 6v6 medium-sized map from Black Ops 2. This urban map revolves around its iconic Plaza and the tight Electronics chokepoint.
Mid-Season Maps
Five more maps were added in the mid-season update.

Torque: A small-sized 6v6 map inspired by the “Battle of Los Angeles” from Black Ops 2. This map features twisted freeway slabs, stranded vehicles for cover, and close-quarters combat inside the Acropolis National Bank.

Cliff Town: It is a remastered 6v6 medium-sized map, reimagined from the Black Ops 2 map “Yemen.” Now set as a cliffside town in Avalon, while keeping the original’s narrow alleys and elevated vantage points.

Mission: Peak is a brand-new 20v20 large skirmish map. It features medieval streets for house-to-house combat and a waterlogged perimeter that allows players to use Tactical Rafts for aquatic strategies.

Grind: Grind is a returning 6v6 medium map from Black Ops 6. Set in a legendary skatepark, it features a pro shop, halfpipe, and plenty of opportunities for vertical movement and wall jumps.

Firing Range: Firing Range is a returning 6v6 small map. A classic firing range map from Black Ops 6. It now features wall jumps for the first time.
These maps give players different ways to play, whether they like quick battles, strategy, or classic maps. The mix of new and returning maps keeps multiplayer fun and fresh throughout Season 2.
New Weapons.
Season 2 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 introduces seven new weapons for Multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone. These weapons were released at different stages during the season.
Only four weapons are available at the start of Season 2.

REV-46 (SMG): A full-auto submachine gun with the fastest fire rate in its class at 1,111 RPM. It comes with a foldable stock that allows players to switch between an unfolded position for better recoil control and a folded position for faster handling during hit-and-run attacks. The weapon is unlocked at Battle Pass Page 3

EGRT-17 (Assault Rifle): A full-auto rifle that fires superheated rounds, which can bounce off solid surfaces. It has a high fire rate, second only to the Peacekeeper MK1, and offers accurate recoil control, balanced by a slower reload time. The weapon is unlocked at Battle Pass Page 6.

H311-SAW (Melee): A rotating saw that functions as a melee weapon. It deals serious damage. It has a longer reach than a standard knife but attacks slightly slower. The weapon is unlocked on Battle Pass Page 10.

GDL Havoc (Special): A pump-action grenade launcher that fires sticky flash grenades. These grenades can be detonated remotely and work well as traps on walls or floors. The weapon does not support Aim Down Sights (ADS). It is unlocked through a weekly challenge.
In-Season Weapon.

SG-12 (Shotgun): A semi-auto shotgun built for mid-range fights. It has a higher fire rate and the longest effective damage range in its class. But it deals less damage per shot. It is earned as a Mastery Reward in the Escalation Directive Event.
Mid-Season Weapons.
Two additional weapons will arrive at the mid-season update.

Voyak KT-3 (Assault Rifle): A full-auto rifle with high damage and strong handling. Its characteristics are similar to the AK-27, but it has a slower fire rate and fast mobility like the Peacekeeper. It is unlocked as an event reward.

Swordfish A1 (Marksman Rifle): A 4-round burst rifle with minimal recoil and a fast burst speed. It has slower mobility and handling, but its accurate quad bursts make it efficient for long-range fights. It is also earned as an event reward.
